SO, THE BORING TEXT VERSION OF THE ABOUT 0.1.4 UPDATE ※}======================================{※

⚙️ Technical things

First, this updated took this long because I've been developing a plugin that allows me to create custom and unique physics assets for each character in the game, it allows me to have more control and very much optimized collisions than in 0.1.3 and below.

It has become necessary at this point because of the fucking furries, furries always mess it all.

You have to believe me when I say that you can extract something understandable from this image. Wait, I did found another way to explain this!!

This is the cat head collision!

And this is the human head collision! As you can see, they turn in opposite directions, BUT THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE!

The thing is, they have different shapes, and you can't change the collisions at runtime for each character to adapt them to the cat head or the human head, and making a physics asset for every possible variant is just not affordable if I want the cosmos to be as flexible as I want it to be!

So now I have some simple tools that I have created for building convex collisions to accurately cover all parts of the body and in a more optimized way than most of the high-end physics assets.

❇️ NEW THINGS!

Feline head

Characters can now have a feline head.

Fur

You can now add fur to your characters.

The button for enabling the fur editing mode is located next to the Details button.

A bench.

You can sit on the bench.

You can sit with someone on the bench.

You can sit over someone who is sitting on the bench.

Changes to the haircuts

I have remade the haircuts, and added a brand new one, now they have a pseudo-realistic artistic style.

Cosmos now have change history

Now you can undo, redo, and clear all the changes you did during the current cosmos session or restore the default appearance with the broom button. In a future, when I start creating NPCs with their unique appearances, this will be a very useful tool. If you've ever edited someone's appearance, you'll be able to restore it.

Acceleration/deceleration

Now the characters accelerate and decelerate before they reach the desired speed, and they tilt their bodies, so there's a visual coherence.

🔮 WHAT'S NEXT

Okay, I think I've covered the major changes I've made for this update, so I'm very conscious of the need for new actual playable content, so here are the next features I'll be working on.

Scenario

I think everyone who has played TU Project has said: what a boring place to play... I myself am fed up with this damn site, so for the next version the most important thing will be to make a change of scenery, enough of seeing the strangest industrial estate in history, I want to make an exterior, if possible with day and night cycle, as in the first version of this project.

Procedural sex system

Doing new sex poses is pretty much a mess, I want something I know will be clunky, but will also cover scenarios where the game has no reason to have a sex pose compatible, just for having sex in any place during any action, maybe I could have something working for the next update, but it doesn't need to be rushed.

Extend body possibilities

Before start working on the next point I want to do this, I want to make cosmos to allow the creation of very bulky bodies, maybe it will break some things, but I want it to be possible.

Clothing

I'm also tired of seeing everyone naked, it's weird and childish, I want to start implementing some clothing, and I want to advance that clothing will be very "opaque".

Dialogue system

I think that making dialogues written by me is too much personal, I want to change how you interact with an NPC, so I will pretty much remove all options when you speak, so there will be different ways to communicate with them, but I want it to be quite contextual, not so literal, so it will keep existing the dialog options as a feature, but I will summarize a lot of the options, like "yes" or "no"

Camera

I want to design a lot of the upcoming features keeping in mind that the camera will be top view, it will not be restrictive, you will be able to locate the camera as you do now, but things like looking through a window, the combat system that I want to implement at some point, and any other features that depend on how the game is visualized will only work when the camera is top view.

I never like coffee, coffee is a bully with the monopoly of the casual blogs, so I'm going to do COKE DIARIES, because coke is just better, in all that a drink can be better, than the coffee, said that, once a week I'll write a post giving more context to what I'm working on, drinking a coke.
